Job Description The Moody's Analytics' RFS Banking EA Delivery Services department is looking for an intern for at minimum a six month internship.
The RFS Banking EA Delivery Services team is responsible for supporting our clients to implement the Moody's Analytics Risk Foundation and Banking Cloud suite of enterprise solutions to their requirements. To this end, we provide a combination of Solution, business domain & project management competency to our clients' stated objectives at various stages of the entreprise solution lifecycle ("project").
For our Asset & Liability Mangement solution (RiskConfidence - RCO), MA consultants assist our clients to identify optimal implementation paths in a standardised and consistent manner, based on an in-house methodology "RCO-Fit".
Objective of internship: After a training on RCo Fit, the intern will contribute towards Documentation of RCO Fit deal templates and results For each deal template delivered in RCO Fit database, produce documentation on The deal characteristics and associated data mapping The expected results in regards of the different indicators/regulation Cash flow generation IRRBB Impact on Rate & Liquidity gap Impact on Regulatory Reports (LCR/NSFR) FTP computation methods How behavior models impact the Cash flow generation Dynamic simulation results Define Excel template(s) which may serve to add new deals/scenarios/behaviors to the RCO library
The internship will provide the intern with a keener understanding of Asset & Liability risk management analytics and related data requirements, as well as exposure to general industry practices related to risk management systems.
Qualifications
Studying towards a Master's level Computer science degree, or Business degree with technical IT / coding (simply SQL) proficiency, or Engineering degree with Finance option Analytical mindset, with a keen sense of data and ease with data manipulation techniques & tools (Excel, Access, …) General understanding of IT services, project / program management concepts Fluency in English is required and fluency in French is a plus Comfortable with general professional productivity software (MS-Office, Outlook, …) Understanding of financial services industry, particularly banking and industry software solutions would be advantageous
