Job Description Moody's Analytics' Technical Communications department is looking for an intern for a minimum of three months.
Moody's Analytics provides software to banking institutions for them to manage their financial risks. Deployment models include SaaS (Software as a Service) through our Banking Cloud solution and solutions for clients' on-premises.
Within our department, the intern will investigate the Walkme Shield new feature to implement automated testing of our digital guidance content on multiple browsers for each release of the Banking Cloud applications.
The objective of the tool being implemented is to give a status: "Pass", "Completed with errors" or "Failed" on specific test cases, to avoid manual testing of existing digital content for each new release of the application.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (License), or Master's degree Preferred areas of study: Technical communications / Technical writing Fluency in English and French Technical writing skills Keen interest in technology and tools
